Zero Service Fees for the First Three Months
The Offer (“0 Fees for the First 3 Months”) is open only to Scale Rentals’ attendees who have talked to our team, and have created a Your.Rentals account and listed their properties thereafter.
The Offer invitation is personal and non-transferable to other parties.
In order for the “0 Fees for the First 3 Months” to be applied to the account, the account holder must have talked to our team and our team have enabled the special offer to the account.
Without the Offer, Your.Rentals customers need to pay a 15% channel fee and a 5% service fee for any booking they receive from channels via Your.Rentals, or a 5% service fee for any direct booking made via Your.Rentals.
With this Offer, the eligible accounts will NOT be required to pay the 5% service fee from any bookings received via Your.Rentals in the first 3 months, counting from the account created date.
That means bookings made on any channels via Your.Rentals, the eligible accounts will only have to pay a 15% channel fee, and for direct bookings made via Your.Rentals, there is no fee at all.
A confirmed booking may be either an Instant Booking or an accepted Booking Request.
The Offer applies only once per account.
If a qualifying booking is cancelled, whether by the guest or account holder, the eligible account will still have to pay any channel fee incurred.
The Offer is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
Your.Rentals accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of this Offer. Your.Rentals further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s property relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the offer. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of Your.Rentals for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
Your.Rentals reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Offer with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Your.Rentals in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
Your.Rentals shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
By publishing a listing, account holders are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
If for any reason the account holder wishes to decline the offer, it is the account holder’s responsibility to inform Your.Rentals before the first booking is confirmed.
