Guest: How to contact your Host

A Step-by-Step Guide to Contacting Your Host

If you need to get in touch with your Host, follow these steps to ensure your question is handled promptly:

  1. Access your booking details page:

    • Visit your booking details page attached in the booking confirmation email sent to you from Your.Rentals.
  2. Find contact details:

    • On your booking details page, look for the “Your check-in contact” section.
    • You will find the host’s contact details, which includes the phone number or messaging option.
  3. Send a message or make a call:

    The contact details of the Host are provided to you depending on the cancellation policy that you chose for your booking.
    • If the contact details are not provided, you can reach out to the host by sending a direct message through our platform. Simply choose the "Message...."  option in your booking details page.
    • In case the contact details are provided and you prefer to call, use the contact details provided.
  4. Check for responses:

    • Check your email or messaging platform for responses from the host. Make sure to check your spam or junk folder.
  5. Follow up if necessary:

    • If you don’t receive a response within a reasonable time, follow up with another message or call.
