If you need to get in touch with your Host, follow these steps to ensure your question is handled promptly:

Access your booking details page:
- Visit your booking details page attached in the booking confirmation email sent to you from Your.Rentals.

Find contact details:
- On your booking details page, look for the “Your check-in contact” section.
- You will find the host’s contact details, which includes the phone number or messaging option.

Send a message or make a call:
The contact details of the Host are provided to you depending on the cancellation policy that you chose for your booking.
- If the contact details are not provided, you can reach out to the host by sending a direct message through our platform. Simply choose the "Message...." option in your booking details page.
- In case the contact details are provided and you prefer to call, use the contact details provided.

Check for responses:
- Check your email or messaging platform for responses from the host. Make sure to check your spam or junk folder.

Follow up if necessary:
- If you don’t receive a response within a reasonable time, follow up with another message or call.
