Your Comprehensive Guide to Reservation Confirmation, Check-In, and Host Coordination

1. Confirming Your Reservation

After completing your reservation, you should receive a confirmation email from us, Your.Rentals. The subject line will be “Booking reference: Your booking is confirmed!”.

  • Booking Reference: This reference number (a six-letter/number code) is used to track your booking, verify its status, make changes, or cancel if needed.

If you can’t find the confirmation email:

  • Search your inbox for the subject line mentioned above.
  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • If you still can’t find it, contact us for assistance at:

2. Finding Your Reservation Information

To access your reservation details:

  • Locate the Email: Look for the confirmation email from Your.Rentals with the subject “[Booking reference: Your booking is confirmed!]”.
  • Review the Details: The email contains an attachment called the Guest Booking Details Page (GBDP), which includes:
    • Booking reference
    • Number of guests
    • Property address
    • Check-in/check-out dates
    • Additional important information

To view the GBDP:

  • Click the “Click here to view the check-in details” button in the email.
  • If the button doesn’t work, copy and paste the GBDP link provided in the email into your browser.

If you didn’t receive the confirmation email or can’t find it:

3. Finding Check-In Instructions

Your check-in instructions are included in the GBDP. This document will provide:

  • Check-in and check-out time
  • Property address
  • Instructions for accessing the property (including any necessary codes or keys)
  • Contact details of the local host or property manager

If specific instructions are not provided:

  • Contact your host directly using the details in the GBDP.

4. Coordinating with Your Host

Before Arrival:

  • Reach Out: Contact your host via the phone number or “Message…” button in the GBDP.
  • Confirm Arrival Time: Inform your host of your estimated arrival time to ensure they are available to assist you.
  • Special Requests: Communicate any special needs or requests.

On the Day of Arrival:

  • If Issues Arise: Contact your host immediately if you encounter any problems or delays.

5. Requesting Early Check-In

To request an earlier check-in time:

  • Contact your host via message or phone number before your arrival.
  • Provide your estimated arrival time, and your host will inform you if an earlier check-in can be arranged. Please note that the early check-in might have extra fee. For more details about optional extras, click here.
