Your.Rentals Easter Promo 2025 – Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Period

The Promotion is valid from 00:01 CET on 15 April 2025 until 23:59 CET on 22 April 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the promotional discount, all of the following conditions must be met:

• You must create a new Your.Rentals account during the Promotion Period.
  
  
• The account must be created via the official promotional landing page provided by Your.Rentals.
  
  
• During the same period, you must import at least one property listing from Airbnb or Booking.com using Your.Rentals’ automated listing import feature.
  
  

Accounts or listings that do not meet all of the above criteria will not be eligible for the promotional discount.

3. Excluded Cases

The promotional discount does not apply in the following cases:

• Accounts created before or after the Promotion Period.
  
  
• Accounts created through any channel other than the designated promotional landing page.
  
  
• Listings that are uploaded manually or imported from platforms other than Airbnb or Booking.com.
  
  
• Accounts belonging to existing Your.Rentals users, or users who attempt to re-register using different credentials or identities.
  
  
• Multiple accounts per customer; only the first eligible account per customer will receive the discount.
  
  
• If an eligible account is deleted, disconnected, or terminated, the discount will not be re-issued to a new or replacement account.
  
  

4. Discount Details

• The discount consists of a 15% reduction to the standard Your.Rentals service fee.
  
  
• The discounted fee will be 6.5% instead of the standard 7.5%.
  
  
• The discount is automatically applied to eligible bookings starting from 23 April 2025.
  
  
• The discounted service fee will apply to all bookings made within the first 12 months from the activation date (i.e., until 22 April 2026), provided the listing remains active and connected.
  
  

5. General Conditions

• The Promotion is non-transferable and may not be combined with other discounts or offers.
  
  
• Your.Rentals reserves the right to:
  
  
  • Verify the eligibility of any account or user,
    
    
  • Withhold or revoke the discount in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms or the Your.Rentals Terms of Service,
    
    
  • Modify or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice.
    
    

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
