How do I verify my email so that I can publish my listing?
To ensure that we're able to deliver important emails to you (such as notifications of Booking Confirmations and Booking requests), the email address you used to create your account needs to be verified before you can list your first property.
Verify your email
Method 1: After you create your account
When you create your account, we'll send you an email with the subject: Welcome! Please verify your email address.

In the welcome email, click the Activate your account button in the email.

Wait for the confirmation page to open.

Your email address is verified!
Method 2: From app.your.rentals alert bar
If you have not verified your email address, you'll notice an orange alert bar at the top of the screen when you are signed in to app.your.rentals.

Click the Click here link in the orange alert bar.

We'll send you a new Verification email.

In the verification email, click the Activate your account button in the email.

Wait for the confirmation page to open.

Your email address is verified!
Method 3: When listing your first property
If you have not verified your email address when you list your first property, we'll require you to do this before your listing is published.

After selecting your listing type in the List now steps, you'll see a screen asking you to Verify your email address.

Click the Click here link to send a new Verification email.

In the verification email, click the Activate your account button in the email.
