Edit your profile

How do I edit my profile?

It is important to keep your account profile up to date so that:

  • Your Guests receive the correct information when they book.

  • You don't miss any important Booking or Booking request alerts.

  • We apply financial and VAT rules correctly.


Your profile contains both Required and Optional details. Both can be edited from the same page.

Edit your profile

  1. Log-in to your account.

  2. Navigate to the Edit profile page, from the link in the Dashboard or selecting from the drop-down menu in the header (where your account name is shown).

  3. The top section of the page contains Required details. You cannot delete but may edit any of these fields.

  4. The bottom section of the page contains Optional details which we communicate to guests in different sales channels as well as in their Booking confirmation information should they confirm a booking for one of your listings.
