How much will I earn after fees?
We don't charge any monthly fees or subscription prices for using our service. Instead, we take a simple percentage per booking.
Our standard service fee is 7.5%. This covers the cost of using our platform, with unlimited listings and unlimited channel connections. We subtract this fee from the guest payment, including cleaning fees.
If you receive the booking via a sales channel (rather than Directly from the guest), we also collect a 15% Channel Fee on their behalf to cover the sales channel commissions and bank transfer fees. That means you don't need to pay sales channels or manage invoices - we take care of that for you.
We don't charge Channel Fees on Direct Bookings.
If you have incurred Cancellation fees on a previous booking, they will be deducted from your next Payout.
When do I get paid?
As standard, we issue payouts 1 day after your guest checks-in date. Depending on your location and your chosen payout method, it might take a couple of days for the money to appear in your account.
