How do I offer discounts for longer stays, last minute or early bird bookings? What happens if I have multiple discounts?
Your.Rentals supports three types of Discount:

Longer Stay Discounts
Discounts for bookings made that are over a specified length of time -
Last minute Discounts
Discounts for bookings made shortly before check-in -
Early bird Discounts
Discounts for bookings made well in advance of check-in
What happens if I have more than one discount?
In some cases, your rules might mean that more than one discount should apply to a booking. For example if a guest makes a booking many months in advance and wants to stay for several weeks, they might be eligible for both Early Bird and Longer Stay discount.
In this case, only the largest discount will apply. That is, we apply the discount that would give the guest the largest saving. We don't "stack" or combine multiple discounts. This means that you won't receive bookings that are much cheaper than you expected.
