Listing Importer

How do I import my listing from another website?

Already using Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking.com? Quickly import your listing to Your.Rentals with our Listing Importer—no need to start from scratch. It only takes about two minutes.

Note: Only your listing content is imported. You’ll need to set up calendar sync separately, and bookings, reviews, and future edits won’t sync between platforms.

How to import a listing

  1. From your Listings page, click the ‘Add new listing’ button. You'll see these options
  2. Click on ‘Copy your listing from another website
  3. Select the channel you want to copy your listing content from. You'll be guided through the import process for your chosen channel
  4. When prompted, review if its the correct listing
  5. Proceed to copy content.
  6. Your listing is ready in Your.Rentals to be customised further and published to other channels.

    Important to know

    Since this property is already listed on other channels, those channels will be turned off in Your.Rentals. You’ll continue managing them through your original accounts (e.g. Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com), while using Your.Rentals for all other channels.

    To avoid double bookings, set up Calendar Sync so bookings are shared between platforms. Learn how in our guide on Synchronising with other channels.
