How do I add my own logo and branding to my Collaborator page?
Many property managers want to be able to share their listings with colleagues, property owners or other interested parties so that they can manage calendars and availability together. It's really easy to do this using Your.Rentals Collaborator tool.
To make your collaboration even more professional, you can add your own logo and colour scheme to the calendar, and you can select the image for the Collaborator sign up page so that clients and colleagues know exactly who they're working with when you invite them.
To customise your settings, go to your Collaborator settings page and select Customise appearance.
You can then select your preferred colour scheme, upload your logo or upload a cover photo.
Your logo must be at least 500x500 pixels and your cover photo must be minimum 1024x768 pixels.

Your cover photo is the photo that will be shown to your collaborator when they sign up using the link in the invite email.
If you don't upload anything, Your.Rentals will add a default image for you.
Once they sign up, your Collaborator will now see your calendar with the logo and colour scheme you selected.
Your Collaborator will be able to view the calendar for your selected listings. Depending on which permissions you gave them, they may also be able to add bookings, block dates and receive notifications when bookings are added. You can manage these settings in your Collaborator settings page.
