How do optional extras work?
Some properties give guests the option of adding extras to their booking, such as a rental car, WiFi or laundry service. This is not processed by Your.Rentals, meaning that any costs associated with these are not included in your booking fee. However, if you wish to add or amend any optional extras to your booking, we recommend you do this via your booking details page so that Your.Rentals is informed of any agreements made.
If you place an order for optional services, e.g. a boat, extra bed, airport transfers or internet, you may be charged an additional amount which should be settled directly with the Property Manager.
This fee should be paid upon check-in or check-out, depending on your agreement with the host. We strongly advise you not to transfer any money to property managers before you check in to the property.
