How do I make sure my listings are connected to sales channels?

Sometimes, your listings might need a little bit of adjustment in order to be able to be published on all Sales Channels.
We call these adjustments "Connectivity Actions". This basically means that your listing is missing some information or needs something to be corrected before certain Sales Channels will publish it.
Some channels have specific requirements which you can read about here.

How do I know if I my listings require attention?

If you have any Connectivity Actions required, we'll tell you on your dashboard. You'll also be able to view required actions on your Listings page, as well as on the Channel Manager page for each listing.

What actions are required?

The most common connectivity actions usually involve adding a rental licence number, fixing an issue with your address or indicating more amenities in your listing.
Requirements vary depending on the channel and listing location. Some requirements might affect multiple channels. For example, in some regions Booking.com, Airbnb and other channels all require a rental licence number. We recommend you fix these actions first, as this is the quickest way to ensure your listings are published on as many channels as possible.

How do I fix my Connectivity Actions?

You can take action directly from your listing page or Channel Manager page. Follow the instructions to fix your channel connections. As soon as you fix these requirements, we'll send your listing to the channel. Once this is done, your listing should appear on that channel soon after.
