Partially refundable cancellations on Booking.com
What cancellation policies does Booking.com support?
Booking.com no longer supports Your.Rentals' partially refundable cancellation policies:
- Strict
- Moderate
- Flexible
How to Update Your Cancellation Policies for Booking.com
You can keep your current cancellation policy since it will still work for other booking channels. However, to comply with Booking.com’s requirements, you must add at least one additional cancellation policy that Booking.com supports (e.g. SuperFlexible, Fully refundable, or NonRefundable).
Listings with a fully refundable cancellation policy (Free 7, Free 14, Free 30) are still supported on Booking.com and are not affected by this change. You can update your cancellation policy by going to the Booking rules step of the listing builder.
