Black Friday 2022

Booking Boost Offer Terms & Conditions

How does Booking Boost work?

Once Booking Boost is applied, Your.Rentals won’t take any fees on your next booking. You will still receive your standard payout for this booking.

All of your listings will appear cheaper to guests until you receive your next booking.

Once your booking is confirmed, all of your listings will return to their normal price.

What’s the benefit of Booking Boost?

Your listings will appear cheaper on sales channels which makes them rank higher in search results. Guests will be more likely to see and book your property instead of other listings. Listings with Booking Boost applied receive 37% more bookings than those without.

What do I need to do?

In order to receive your Booking Boost, you need to publish a new property listing via Your.Rentals before the end of November 2022. You can build a brand new listing or publish an existing draft. All the new listings published in the campaign period will receive a Booking Boost.

How much discount will guests receive?

The amount of discount depends on your payment plan, as well as any existing discounts you have set up on your listings. Most guests will receive a discount of 20%.

Anything else?

Booking Boost can only be applied once. If you cancel a booking, Booking Boost will not be applied again.

Booking Boost cannot be applied to listings on certain channels. This means that your listings will be displayed at their usual price on some channels. If your first booking is received through a non-supported channel, your Booking Boost offer is still valid until you receive a booking through another channel.

Full Terms & Conditions

The Offer (“Booking Boost”) is open to any Your.Rentals account holder who has received the offer invitation.

The Offer invitation is personal and non-transferable to other parties.

In order for the Booking Boost to be applied to listings, the account holder must publish a new listing before 23:59 CET on 30 November 2022.

A “new listing” in this instance refers to any listing which is not Active in Your.Rentals before. Hence, the account holder may build and publish a new listing, or publish an existing draft.

Your.Rentals usual fees will be deducted from the price to guest in the form of a discount, and the account holder will receive a payout for the booking with no fees.

The aforementioned booking may be for any amount, listing, period, date, duration or number of guests.

A confirmed booking may be either an Instant Booking or an accepted Booking Request.

The offer applies only once per account.

If a qualifying booking is cancelled, whether by the guest or account holder, the account will not be eligible for the offer again.

This offer does not apply to bookings received through certain channels. If the first booking is received through a non-supported channel*, the Offer is still valid until such time as a booking is received through another channel.

The offer is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

Your.Rentals accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of this offer. Your.Rentals further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s property relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the offer. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of Your.Rentals for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.

Your.Rentals reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this offer with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Your.Rentals in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

By publishing a listing, account holders are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
