Export Your.Rentals calendar to popular sites

To keep your availability accurate across all booking platforms, your calendar must be synced in both directions:

  1. From your source calendar to Your.Rentals
  2. From Your.Rentals back to your source calendar

This two-way sync helps prevent double bookings and availability issues.

To share availability from Your.Rentals with other booking sites, you first need to get your Your.Rentals iCal link.

Get your Your.Rentals iCal link

  1. Log in to your Your.Rentals account.
  2. Go to Calendars and select the correct listing.
  3. Under the Calendar sync panel, click Export calendar.
  4. (Optional) Choose additional export settings:
    • Allow external iCal events to be exported
       Enable this if you already have another iCal synced to Your.Rentals and want those events included as well.
    • Exclude blocked events from exporting
       Enable this if you only want to export confirmed bookings and manual bookings (dates blocked due to “I have a booking”).
  5. Copy the Your.Rentals iCal link.

Adding Your.Rentals iCal to Other Booking Sites

If your listing is already published on platforms such as Booking.com, Airbnb, or VRBO, paste the Your.Rentals iCal link into each platform’s calendar sync settings.

Booking.com

  1. Log in to the Booking.com extranet, 
  2. Go to Rates & Availability, then Sync calendars.
  3. Click Add calendar connection, then add the iCal link of Your.Rentals.
  4. Name the calendar connection (for example, 'Your.Rentals') and click Next step or Skip this step.

Airbnb

  1. Click Calendar and select the listing calendar you want to change
  2. Click Availability
  3. Under Connect calendars, click Connect to another website
  4. Copy your Your.Rentals iCal and paste the URL into the calendar address field
  5. Give the calendar a name (for example, 'Your.Rentals') and click Add calendar

VRBO

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Select the appropriate listing.  
  3. Select Calendar. 
  4. Select Import & export. 
  5. Select Import a calendar to open the edit panel. 
  6. In the edit panel, paste the Your.Rentals iCal in the URL field. 
  7. Select your preference for calendar block availability. 
  8. Name the calendar (for example, 'Your.Rentals')
  9. Select a color. 
  10. Select Import.
