Connecting your Airbnb or Booking.com accounts to Your.Rentals
What connecting your account enables
Once your host account is connected, Your.Rentals becomes the system of record for your listings and operation. You will be able to:
- Manage listings and bookings from Booking.com, Airbnb, and other connected channels in one place; Booking.com listings are managed in Your.Rentals rather than the Extranet, with availability/bookings/payouts synced across channels.
- Handle guest messaging, operational tasks, and review management in one tool.
- Enable dynamic pricing via PriceLabs and AirDNA so that rate updates sync across channels.
- Qualify for channel-specific programs more easily, e.g. for Genius & Preferred. This can get you up to +70% views and +40% more revenue.
- Get priority support with Booking.com and other OTAs (e.g., account and booking issues).
- Consolidate your payouts: get faster payouts and a single invoice stream.
- Have fixed Booking.com and Airbnb channel commission.
-
Get damage protection and claim handling via Your.Cover (up to €2,000).
What happens when you connect your account
When your host account is connected, Your.Rentals synchronizes your listings, availability, and bookings. You still own your listings, and payouts continue without interruption.
However, you will manage your Booking.com listings from Your.Rentals, not the channel extranet.
The seamless experience we offer has been certified to ensure there is no difference in performance when having a listing managed through Your.Rentals compared to administrating it directly in the sales channel.

Frequently asked questions
How can I update my listing from Your.Rentals?
Photos, descriptions, and rates added to your listing in Your.Rentals are automatically synced to connected channels. Updating old host accounts isn’t required.
Will I still have access to my old Booking.com and Aibnb host accounts?
Yes, access remains, but there’s no need to use those extranets after connection. You will Manage everything in Your.Rentals instead and keep your rates and listings synced across channels.
Will my reviews remain visible?
Yes. All reviews stay with your listings after migration.
What happens to my guest conversations?
Past conversations are not transferred. Conversations for upcoming check-ins will be moved to Your.Rentals.
What about existing reservations?
Bookings with future check-in dates are migrated. Both channel and Your.Rentals fees will apply to those payouts.
Will my listings go offline during migration?
No. Listings remain live and bookable throughout the process.
How long does the migration take?
For Booking.com, it can take anything from 4 days to 1 month, depending on Booking.com’s response time. For Airbnb, it typically takes 1–5 working days.
Who pays me for bookings made before migration?
If the check-in date is after the connection, Your.Rentals will handle payment. Otherwise, the channel will process it.
What if I owe Booking.com or Airbnb money?
Outstanding fees must be settled first or will be deducted from your next Your.Rentals payout.
Can I reverse the connection later?
Yes. If you would like to change back to hosting your listing directly from the sales channel again, you can revert the connection at any time.
Am I covered by Your.Rentals insurance?
Yes. After migration, listings are covered by Your.Cover for all check-ins.
