When you connect your existing host account to Your.Rentals, your listings immediately become available for you to manage in Your.Rentals, along with any existing bookings you wish to import. Any future bookings will automatically be added to your calendar.
All the features you need to manage your listing content, rates and guest communication are available in Your.Rentals and any changes to your listings will be instantly updated towards the sales channels.
With Your.Rentals, you get a seamless experience so you do not need to administrate any host account in any sales channel anymore.
Does my listing perform equally well in Your.Rentals?
The seamless experience we offer has been certified to ensure there is no difference in performance when having a listing managed through Your.Rentals compared to administrating it directly in the sales channel.

From which channels can I connect my account?
If you have a listing that you manage yourself in Airbnb or Booking.com, you can connect them to Your.Rentals directly from our app. For any other channels, please contact our support team to get help.
How do I get started?
From the app
If you have a calendar sync with Booking.com in Your.Rentals, you can request the connection directly from the app dashboard or when adding a new listing. Just add the listings you would like start manage in Your.Rentals and we will reach out to complete the connection

What is the process of connecting my host account to your.rentals?
The account connection process goes through the following steps
- Startup meeting with your account manager
- Our business integration specialists helps you import listings to Your.Rentals
- Changing host account to payment by Your.Rentals
- Activation
Will I still have access to my channel host account?
When moving your listings to Your.Rentals, they will be administrated by us in the sales channels host accounts, while you have full access to them through our platform. This will enable you to log in to Your.Rentals to manage all your listings, while we take care of your payments and any support contact with the sales channels. Should you log in to your channel host account you will find that certain settings are now managed by Your.Rentals, to ensure there is one source of truth.
Is it possible to reverse the account connection if I change my mind?
Should you want to go back to managing multiple channel accounts then it is of course possible to reverse the account connection and move back the listings to your host account. Please contact your Account Manager or send an email to bis@your.rentals.
