What is Host Account Integration?
If you are a property manager or host with a Host Account on other channels like Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo (coming soon), you can easily transfer your account to Your.Rentals. Our platform enables you to manage everything from a single, unified account, simplifying the process and streamlining your operations.
Which channels are applicable to Host Account Integration?
The Host Account Takeover service applies to any host account on platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo (coming soon).

In addition, by connecting your Host Account to your account at Your.Rentals, you will be eligible for Advance Payout.
What is the process of Host Account Integration?
Below are the steps for processing your Host Account Takeover:
- Step 1 - Schedule a meeting with your dedicated Account Manager at Your.Rentals. If you do not have an assigned Account Manager, get in touch with us at support@your.rentals.
- Step 2 - Once you've made the decision to proceed, your dedicated Account Manager at Your.Rentals will provide you with an agreement. By signing this agreement, you affirm the Host Account Takeover and confirm your commitment to it.
- Step 3 - Provide your Account Manager with the below information of the corresponding channel(s):
- Your email address/ username used to log into your Host Account
- Your password used to log into your Host Account
- A list of upcoming bookings that should be handled by Your.Rentals
- Step 4 - A list of listings that you would like to transfer to Your.Rentals
- Provide a list of listing name(s) if the listings already exist in Your.Rentals; or
- Import the listings to Your.Rentals following the simple steps below, if the listings exist in your Host Account, but not built in Your.Rentals yet
- Select “Copy your listing from another website”
- Choose the channel (booking site) from where your listings should be imported
- Step 5 - Rest assured that your listings will remain accessible and bookable throughout the entire process via the channel(s).
- Step 6 - Usually the Host Account Takeover process will take about 7-10 working days. Once your channels’ Host Account and your account at Your.Rentals are connected, your Account Manager will inform you.
