Managing your fees with full connection

With a Full connection, Your.Rentals is the single place you manage your pricing — so what your guests pay stays consistent across every booking site you publish on.

Here’s what changes for your pass-through fees and how to keep collecting them.

What’s changed

Previously, Airbnb could add some of your pass-through fees (such as a management, linen, community, or resort fee) to the guest’s total and collect them for you. 

Now that Your.Rentals manages your pricing across all channels, these additional fees are no longer added to the guest's total automatically by Airbnb. This isn't unique to Your.Rentals — it's how Airbnb treats any listing connected to a property management system. 

Your cleaning fee is not affected and continues to work as before.

How to keep collecting these fees

To keep charging an additional mandatory fee, add it to your nightly rate in Your.Rentals.

We recommend raising your base price by the value of the fee if you want guests to keep paying the same total as before. This way the fee is included automatically in what they pay, and stays consistent across every channel you publish on.

Unlike Airbnb, where a mandatory fee is automatically included in what the guest pays, in Your.Rentals it won't be added to the booking total, so you'd need to collect it from guests separately, outside the platform. For a transparent, hands-off price, build the fee into your nightly rate instead.

Example: Before and after Full Connection

Your listing is €100 per night, and you charge a €50 linen fee.

The guest pays the same total either way. The difference is that you've built the fee into your nightly price yourself, rather than relying on Airbnb to add it separately — keeping your pricing consistent and transparent across every channel.
