We’ve upgraded the Reports Page to give you a deeper look at your business performance:

Channel Revenue Breakdown: View revenue by channel with both the actual amount and the percentage of total revenue each source provides.
New Key Metrics: We’ve added RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room) and Cancellation Rate to help you track profitability and listing stability.
Dynamic Pricing Transparency: If you use Dynamic Pricing, the Calendar now displays the actual price at the time of booking rather than the current live price.

Booking.com Specific Policies: You can now set custom cancellation policies specifically for Booking.com within the Channel Specific Settings.
Accept Post-Check-In Bookings: Need more flexibility? You can now adjust your Booking Rules in the Listing Builder to allow bookings even after the standard check-in time has passed.
French RLN Support: The Listing Builder now supports the specific Rental License Number (RLN) formats required for French properties.
Holidu API v2: Significant upgrades to our Holidu integration, now supporting Booking Terms, Extras, Reviews, and Discounts via API v2.

We are continuing to refine the Collaborator v2 experience:

Individual Payout Dates: You can now define specific payout dates for each individual payee.
Collaborator Self-Management: Payees can now manage their own payout methods directly within the new Collaborator Portal.
Simplified Rules: We’ve updated the UX to make configuring split payout rules easier and moved these features directly into Payout Settings.

Booking Imports: We will now always import bookings into our system, regardless of current calendar availability or listing rules, ensuring you never miss a record of a reservation.
Mobile Experience: Removed the "desktop nudge" on mobile for a cleaner, native feel and fixed issues with push notifications.
Smart Messaging Fixes:
- Resolved an issue where unread message counts included already-read or scheduled messages.
- Fixed a bug where incorrect scheduled messages were being sent after guest check-out.
Data Accuracy: * Fixed a bug where the occupancy rate could exceed 100%.
- Corrected the "Invalid Credit Card" reporting for MUP bookings.
- PriceLabs: Improved syncing for "Bedroom" types and fixed issues regarding inactive listings.
User Access: Users can now easily toggle between PM Login and Collaborator v2 Login.
