We are thrilled to announce the latest update for our platform! This release brings exciting new features and improvements that will enhance your experience

🚀 New Features

  • Universal Basic Discounts: You can now set up a Basic Discount in the Builder’s Discount step. This will automatically apply across Agoda, Expedia, Booking.com, and Hopper.

  • Pricing Breakdown Preview: Get full transparency before you publish. You can now see a detailed pricing breakdown directly within the Pricing step of the Builder.

  • Genius & Preferred Partner Insights: Your Dashboard now displays exactly how many of your listings are eligible for Booking.com’s Genius and Preferred Partner programs, including the Early Access flow.

  • Optimized Infant Settings: We’ve added new infant configuration options to the Booking.com Channel Specific page to ensure your properties show up accurately in family-friendly search results.

  • Fee Transparency: You can now see the exact Your.Rentals fees applied to "extras" on the booking details page.

  • Mobile Messaging: Booking.com "Request To Book" messaging is now available on our Mobile App.

  • Airbnb Co-Travelers: You can now view messages sent by Airbnb co-travelers directly in your inbox.

  • Holidu Promotions: We now support "New Listing" promotions for Holidu to help boost your initial visibility.

  • File Uploads: Property Managers can now upload necessary files directly within the BOCM dynamic forms.

  • Knowledge Base: We've integrated helpful article links directly into the Greek guest check-in and Oxygen flows for quicker support.

🔧 Bug Fixes & Technical Tweaks

  • Redirection & Access: Fixed an issue where users were not correctly redirected to the Calendar page when using a direct link after logging in.

  • Email & Security: * Blocked sign-ups from known spam domains.

    • Resolved an issue where some Property Managers were receiving outdated "Update Calendar" emails.

  • Payout Accuracy: * Fixed a bug where the PayPal 0.5% transaction fee was duplicated during payout re-processing.

    • Corrected the "Payout shown to PM" display value.

  • UI/UX: Improved the tooltip warning in the Cancellation Policy when a price difference exceeds 25%.

  • Hotfix: Resolved a "forever loading" screen on the Owner Portal (Collaborator v2) caused by expired login tokens.
