We are thrilled to announce the latest update for Your.Rentals!

With this update, we are excited to introduce PriceLabs, the latest Dynamic Pricing provider, streamlining the process of adjusting prices manually.
By enabling it, your rates will automatically adjust based on demand.

We are also introducing new features to enhance your check-in experience and communication with the guests:
  • You can now view the guest's name who is staying at the property, in addition to the Booker's name.
  • The scheduled messages template is now searchable by name.
  • You will receive a notification if a booking request from Airbnb is retracted.
 
Some other key updates include:
  • You can now configure specific channel settings for Booking.com, such as Children's policies & occupancy, Extra bed & cot options, Additional Fees & Charges, and Key Collection, allowing you to create more competitive listings that will lead to higher visibility, increased clicks, and ultimately, more bookings.
  • The "Calendar Sync" button can be accessed again from the Listing Builder.
  • Listings in Réunion, Guadeloupe, and Martinique are now required to provide additional information in order to be published on  Sales channels.
  • Your guest can now pay for pet fees if they bring pets with them to the property, if you allow it.
  • Easily copy the Camera and Noise monitor Settings to your other listings.
  • Enjoy the flexibility of requesting the Advance Payout feature directly through various pages like Bookings and Transaction.
  • Easily access the Your.Rentals Product Roadmap by clicking on your avatar and selecting "Product Roadmap".
Various bug fixes have been implemented, which include resolving issues such as the incorrect display of the guest's name, issues with accepting or declining Booking Requests, guest registration issues on Firefox, duplicate scheduled messages, difficulties with Dynamic Pricing requests, inability to save the Photos step in the Builder, canceled bookings still receiving scheduled messages, fixing multiple display issues on the mobile web version, correcting display errors on the Message conversation page, resolving a listing's Description display bug on various Expedia Group channels, fixing incorrect date abbreviations and channel logos on the Calendar. Lastly, various improvements have been made to Cancellation policies for Booking.com.
