To help you comply with Italy's 2025 short-term rental laws, we’ve automated the licensing process:

Auto-Prefill: If you’ve already entered your CIR (Regional Identification Code) or the new CIN (National Identification Code) in the Builder, these will now automatically prefill into your Booking.com dynamic license fields.
Stay Legal: This ensures your listings remain active and compliant with the latest Italian Ministry of Tourism standards without manual re-entry.

Airbnb iCal Signup: New users can now use their Airbnb iCal link during signup to instantly copy listing details, significantly reducing manual setup time.
Streamlined Builder: We’ve regrouped the Facilities step to match the classic Builder layout, making it more intuitive to navigate your property amenities.
Booking.com Stay Rules: You can now set specific stay rules (calendar restrictions) directly from the dashboard, giving you granular control over minimum/maximum stays and "closed to arrival" dates on Booking.com.

Airbnb API Upgrade: We have officially upgraded our Airbnb integration to the latest 2025.06.30 API version, ensuring support for Airbnb's "Summer 2025 Release" features and improved connection stability.
New Collaborator Branding: On the Collaborator page, the Your.Rentals logo has been replaced with the Zenbreak logo to better align with our partner portal branding.
Better Search: Enjoy an auto-focus search bar in the Listings filter menu on both desktop and mobile reports for faster property lookups.
Listing Security: When an account is deleted, we now strictly re-mask the account email for enhanced data privacy.

Financial Accuracy:
- Fixed an issue where split payouts were occasionally generating duplicate entries.
- Resolved a bug where "View billing details" was not being translated into the PM's local language.
- Fixed discrepancies where a payment showed as "Failure" internally despite being successful for the guest.
Channel Fixes:
- Google iCal: Resolved a synchronization block reported by users.
- Airbnb: Fixed an issue where photo orders and descriptions were not reflecting correctly after copying a listing.
- Check24: Corrected errors occurring during bulk updates of properties, rates, and availability.
UI/UX: Fixed tooltip content overflowing the screen on smaller devices and corrected text-break issues for discounts in the Italian language.
