New Features:
- New Listing Promotion: In the Discount step of the Listing Builder, you can now set up a "New Listing Promotion" for Airbnb, allowing you to apply a 20% discount to eligible listings for the first three bookings from Airbnb.
The discount expires after the third promotional booking or 30 days after opt-in, whichever comes first. - Switch to PriceLabs: Easily switch to PriceLabs from the Calendar page when AirDNA cannot be used due to a listing being rejected by Airbnb.
- Disable Dynamic Pricing: You now have the option to disable Dynamic Pricing, regardless of the Builder's validation status.
- New Reportable Seller Flow: Experience a new flow when creating a Reportable Seller, designed to reduce user confusion. An error message will be displayed if a Reportable Seller fails to assign to a listing.
- Booking Confirmation Email: The account name is now included in the booking confirmation email for better clarity.
- Promo Code Enhancements: Enjoy new promo code functionalities such as Free Extras and Promo Options, in the Direct Booking page.
- Expedia Membership Deal Stacking: Stack Expedia membership deals with other discount options for more flexibility in the Builder.
- Grace24 Policy Improvements: Customers in California will see various improvements related to the Grace24 policy.
Bug Fixes:
- Dynamic Pricing Banner: Resolved an issue where the Dynamic Pricing banner was still shown to users who had already activated it.
- Booking Confirmation Email: Fixed a bug where Property Managers (PMs) did not receive the booking confirmation email.
- Booking Offer Cancellation: Addressed an issue where booking offers could not be canceled.
- Guest Reviews Duplication: Fixed a bug where guest reviews were duplicated.
- Cleaning Visibility: Resolved an issue where "Cleaning" was not visible in the PM's Booking Details page if it was included.
