🌟 Featured: The New Collaborator Portal

Currently in final testing—rolling out to all users soon! Our redesigned Collaborator Portal (v2) is here to help you work better with owners and partners.

  • For Collaborators: A brand-new calendar to manage bookings, a dedicated performance dashboard for shared listings, and a new task management system.

  • For Property Managers: A sleek new UI to invite partners and set granular permissions.

  • Seamless Transition: All existing collaborators will retain their data and current permission settings.

🚀 New Features & Enhancements

  • Free1 Cancellation Policy: You can now select the Free1 policy directly in the Listing Builder, which will be synced to all supported booking channels.

  • Faster Listing Imports (Mobile): We’ve overhauled the mobile import flow. You’ll now see a progress tracker, pre-filled addresses, and a cleaner "Preview & Publish" step.

  • Account Search: If you manage a Multi-account Organization, you can now use the search bar in the account selection screen to find specific accounts instantly.

  • Booking.com Onboarding: All customers can now request a Booking.com account connection and schedule a meeting with an Account Owner directly (previously restricted to CSM accounts).

  • Listing Builder Test: 20% of new users will experience a new workflow where "Channels" is the second step, helping prioritize distribution early in the process.

🛠️ Payouts & Team Management

  • Advanced Split Payouts: You can now split cleaning fees by percentage and invite payees directly from the new People & Access page.

  • Automatic Notifications: Collaborators will now receive an email notification automatically when they are added as a payee.

  • Improved Security: The 2FA login screen now defaults to a numeric keyboard for a faster, mobile-friendly experience.

🔗 Channel Updates

  • Airbnb: Improved support for listings in non-EUR currencies and the ability to skip specific content updates.

  • Holidu: Now supporting API v2 for more robust listing content syncing.

  • Universal Discounts: A reminder that Basic Discounts set in the Builder now apply to Agoda, Expedia, Booking.com, and Hopper.

🐞 Bug Fixes & Technical Improvements

  • Messaging: Resolved an issue where some scheduled messages were not being sent.

  • Financial Accuracy: Fixed a bug in the "Inside" dashboard where all payouts were incorrectly labeled as "PayPal."

  • Payment Logic: Corrected an issue where Free Cancellation bookings were being charged under specific Merchant of Record (MoR) conditions.

  • Navigation: Fixed broken links when switching between different sub-accounts.

  • Pricing: Resolved a bug where discounts were incorrectly applied after a price was already accepted.
