      New release 2nd of December, 2024

      We are thrilled to announce the latest update for our platform! This release brings exciting new features and improvements that will enhance your experience.

      New Features and Enhancements

      1. Improved iCal Verification Process:

        • Users can now enjoy a smoother and easier iCal verification process, leading to an expected increase in activation rates.

      2. Quick Return to ID Verification Flow:

        • Users who previously skipped the ID Verification flow can now easily return to it and complete their activation quickly.

      3. Recommended Pricing for Draft Listings:

        • Receive and apply recommended pricing for draft listings to optimize your listing's performance.

      4. Guest-to-Bed Alert in Builder:

        • An alert is now displayed in the Builder if the number of guests does not match the number of beds.

      5. Direct Host-Guest Communication:

        • Hosts using the Your.Rentals inbox can now directly communicate with guests using the Expedia inbox.

      6. Express Interest in Cleaning Automation:

        • Users can now express their interest in our upcoming Cleaning Automation feature.

      7. Italian Guest Registration Setup:

        • Users can now start setting up connections for Italian Guest Registration from the new Check-in page.

      8. Dynamic Pricing Upselling Process:

        • A new process allows users to enable or request to use Dynamic Pricing based on fulfilled requirements.

      9. Your.Cover in House Rules Step:

        • Your.Cover is now integrated into the House Rules step and will apply to all listings on Your.Rentals, replacing the old Security Deposit system.

      10. Extended Dispute Reporting Window:

        • Users can now report disputes from the booking's check-in until 48 hours after check-out.

      Additional Improvements

      • Improved the action item for Guest Safety in Opportunities.

      • Made the language switch button consistent on the Preview page.

      • Inactive listings are now shown as default in the calendar.

      • Updated the CTA for 'Ready to be published' listings on the Listings page to ‘Preview and Publish’.

      • Prices are no longer displayed in Booking Confirmation notifications for collaborators.

      • Account names are now visible on the booking request Accepted emails.

      • Guest Booking Confirmation emails now include a button to message the Property Manager for channels that support direct OTA messages.

      Bug Fixes

      • Fixed an issue where guests didn’t receive the Spanish Guest Registration link.

      • Resolved a bug preventing Spanish hosts from accessing guest check-in data when the check-in record was in "Ready" or "Done" state.

      • Corrected the displayed submission date for Spanish Guest Check-in.

      • Addressed a DAC7 issue where payouts were frozen despite the user completing the tax information page.
