New Features & Updates

 

  • Introducing the New Builder: All new users will now start with our improved Builder, designed for a more intuitive setup experience.

  • Expanded Growth Opportunities: Discover new ways to boost your bookings with insights on Booking.com's Genius and Preferred Partner programs, now visible on your Dashboard.

  • Easier Booking.com Program Enrollment:

    • Opt into the Booking.com Genius program with a more flexible requirement.

    • Request to join the Preferred Partner program through a new, exclusive flow.

  • Intelligent Copy Settings: Easily copy settings between various steps of the new Builder.

  • Enhanced Guest Communication: For supported Booking.com conversations, you can now message a guest who has a pending "Request to Book."

  • Promotion Eligibility: See which of your listings are eligible for the Genius or Preferred Partner programs on the Booking.com Channel Settings page under the Promotions tab.

 

Improvements

 

  • Seamless Account Migration: When you move listings between accounts, we now keep key settings like rate inputs, extras, and channel-specific configurations.

  • Smarter Pricing: The HomeToGo mobile discount now automatically applies the largest possible discount amount.

  • Improved User Experience:

    • Added a "clear search" button to the copy settings feature in the Builder.

    • Users will now be informed if they change a date range within a seasonal rate.

    • We've adjusted our messaging rules to align with Booking.com's new validation requirements.

  • Property Descriptions: We no longer allow currency signs to be included in the property description field.

 

Bug Fixes

 

We've resolved several issues to make the platform more reliable:

  • Builder & Onboarding: Fixed an issue where the "remaining steps" count was incorrect on the listing status page.

  • Dynamic Pricing: Resolved a bug that occurred when turning off dynamic pricing with a missing configuration.

  • Account & Profile: The phone number country search is now correct in the Dashboard and Profile pages.

  • Guest Management:

    • Fixed a bug where the system required an ID number for guests under 18 during the Spanish guest check-in process.
