We are excited to introduce the latest update for Your.Rentals!
For those setting up Multi-unit properties in our system, you can now easily view bookings that are linked to each other (made by one guest for multiple units) from your booking details page.
We are constantly enhancing our Builder to simplify listing management and enhance listing performance on sales channels. Some key updates include:
- Auto-save functionality has been replaced by Save buttons for a smoother experience.
- The Opportunities page is now highlighted to guide you on improving your listing quality score.
- Listing quality scores are now visible for Draft listings.
- Some sales channels now require the License holder's name for listings in Turkey, which can be added from the Builder.
- Listings in Réunion will require additional information to go online on sales channels.
- You can now specify if your listing has a Security camera setup, noting that most channels do not allow listings with security cameras inside the property.
- Additional photo tags have been added for more flexibility in tagging your photos.
If Smart rates are not supported for some listings, an error message will now be displayed, and you will receive a notification once Smart Rates are successfully retrieved.
You can now specify Internet details from the Channel-specific settings page and see which discounts are applied to booking offers to understand pricing better. For hosts with listings in Spain, guest registration can be searched using the submission reference.
To protect your personal information, bank account details are no longer provided by our payout provider Payoneer. This information has been removed from the app, but rest assured, payouts will continue as usual.
Various bug fixes have been implemented, including resolving issues with publishing listings, sending scheduled messages, and displaying accurate distances in the Builder.
