How Your.Rentals and Airbnb work together (with Full API connection)

With a Full connection in place, Your.Rentals becomes the source of truth for everything on your connected Airbnb listings. Managing your listings in YR keeps both systems aligned, so your property can be managed with a single login.

What you can manage from YR

  • Listing data: Edit titles, descriptions, photos, amenities, pricing, and much more in YR. Changes are pushed to Airbnb automatically.
  • Availability and calendar: Update your calendar in YR to keep Airbnb in sync, reducing the risk of unwanted bookings.
  • Bookings: New reservations from Airbnb appear automatically in YR, and modifications you make in YR flow back to Airbnb, keeping you safe from double bookings.
  • Guest messages: Airbnb conversations are sent into YR’s inbox. Reply from YR, and the guest can see your message on Airbnb.
  • Reviews: View and respond to Airbnb reviews directly from YR.
  • Listing status: Pausing, unlisting, or publishing a listing from YR will automatically be synced to Airbnb without additional maintenance.
  • New listings: Listings you create in YR are published directly to your Airbnb account, keeping full ownership within YR.

Important

Avoid making changes directly in Airbnb while a Full connection is active. Edits you make on Airbnb may be overwritten the next time YR syncs. Treat YR as the single place where you manage your listing.
