How does the Channel Manager work?
Your.Rentals allows you to build your holiday home listing once, and publish it in many of the top holiday rentals websites around the world, such as Vrbo, Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia and many others. We call these websites "channels".
Remember! Unlike most other property management systems, when using Your.Rentals, you don't need to create an account on each holiday rentals website and deal with connecting all of your accounts. We do all the hard work for you.
The Your.Rentals Channel Manager allows you to select which holiday rentals websites you'd like us to publish each of your listings. Once you've published a listing we'll start sharing it to your selected channels. Depending on the channel this could take a little while. Your listing will start appearing online within 24 hours. In some rare cases this can take up to 30 days for some channels.
When a Guest books or requests to book your property in any of our supported channels, we'll let you know by email and SMS. You can manage requests and bookings by logging in to your Your.Rentals account.
We'll also ensure that you receive your payout for each booking and take care of channel commissions.
