      New release 21st of October, 2024

      We are thrilled to announce the latest update for our platform! This release brings exciting new features and improvements that will enhance your experience.

      New features

      • Vrbo Bookings Messaging: You can now directly send and receive messages with guests for Vrbo bookings directly from the Messages page, streamlining communication.

      • Booking.com Preferred Partner Program: Eligible users can now opt into Booking.com’s exclusive Preferred Partner program, which boosts listing visibility to the top 30% for a small increase in channel fee. Opt-in is available on the Channel Specific Settings page.

      • DAC7 Compliance Notification for EU Users: EU users or users with listings in the EU will now see a notification if they have listings missing DAC7 compliance information. Listings that do not meet DAC7 requirements will result in frozen payouts until compliance is achieved.

      • Seasonal Rate Duplication: You can now duplicate seasonal rates even if their start or end dates match existing seasonal rates, allowing for more flexible rate management.

      • Updated Expedia Logo: The latest Expedia logo is now visible across various pages.

      • Enhanced Request to Publish Flow: The process to publish a listing has been optimized, improving the experience for faster publishing.

      • Expanded Review Score Details for Expedia: See more detailed review scores for Expedia reviews, providing additional insights into guest feedback.

      • Discount Improvements: We’ve optimized how Mobile Discounts and Membership Deals work with other discount types, giving more flexibility in promotions.

      • Channel Manager Update: TripAdvisor is no longer selectable in the Channel Manager page.

      Bug Fixes

      • Blank "Settings" Page Issue Resolved: Users will no longer encounter a blank screen on the Settings page.

      • Promo Code Validity for Extra Guest & Cleaning Fees: Promo codes for extra guest or cleaning fees are now correctly applied and marked valid only if they meet the conditions.

      • Compliance Form Improvements: Users can now enter the correct address, save the form, and see only relevant compliance forms for listings that require it.

      • DAC7 Error Banner Update: The DAC7 error banner is now accurately displayed only for invalid Reportable Sellers assigned to listings.

      • Reportable Seller Assignment Fixed: Users can now assign all listings to a Reportable Seller without issues.

      • "Pending" Payouts Issue Resolved: The problem causing some payouts to remain in a "Pending" status has been fixed.
