🚀 New Features
Airbnb Booking Modifications: You can now send requests to change Airbnb bookings directly through the platform, as well as receive and respond to change requests from guests.
HomeToGo Booking Window: We’ve extended the acceptance window for HomeToGo booking requests from 24 hours to 72 hours, giving you more flexibility to manage your schedule.
Calendar Block Sync: Streamline your availability by copying blocked nights from one listing's calendar to multiple other listings simultaneously from the Calendar page.
Collaborator Notifications: Stay informed on the go—Property Managers will now receive automated email notifications whenever a collaborator adds a manual booking to the calendar.
Airbnb iCal Setup: To ensure your calendars stay synced, a new instructional modal now guides users through the iCal setup immediately after importing and publishing listings via the Airbnb API.
🏗️ Builder & Experience Updates
Enhanced Photo Management: We’ve upgraded the Photos step in the Builder to support drag & drop functionality for multiple images, making gallery organization faster than ever.
Guided Onboarding: New users will now see helpful pop-ups after creating or editing their first listing, providing clear guidance to ensure a successful setup.
Search Engine Optimization: We’ve implemented major SEO improvements to boost your website's visibility on Google, including an updated sitemap with all language versions, stable URL redirects, and fixed canonical inconsistencies.
Expanded Communication: To accommodate detailed guest interactions, we’ve increased the maximum character limit for guest messages from 2000 to 5000 characters.
UI & Feedback Tweaks: Experience a more intuitive listing dropdown on the Reports page, improved Quick Reply styling, and the new ability to leave custom feedback for our Messages v2 page.
🐞 Bug Fixes & Technical Improvements
Onboarding & Stability: Resolved a critical issue where users became stuck in the sign-up flow after importing Airbnb listings and fixed a bug causing listing description pages to appear blank.
Messaging Precision: Fixed a hotfix issue where message templates lost line breaks during editing and resolved instances where certain conversations failed to display messages.
Sync & Connectivity: Investigated and resolved issues regarding missing booking offers in the message center and synchronization errors between Guest (G) and Property Manager (PM) messages.
Financial & Data Refactoring: Fixed a bug where incorrect discounts were applied to bookings created from offers and refactored our CSV file structure to support upcoming payout improvements.
Automated Messaging: Resolved an issue where automated messages containing Guest Booking Page (GBP) links were failing to send.
