How do I accept a Booking Request from a guest?
When a Guest books a Request Booking listing, you have 24 hours to Accept or Decline the Booking request. You can Accept the Booking request on your mobile phone, tablet or desktop computer.
Accepting a Booking Request from email
When a Guest makes a Booking request, you'll receive an email.

Click the Accept or Decline Request button in the New booking request email.

Log in to your Your.Rentals account if you are not already logged in.

The Calendar will open with the New Booking Request details open.

Review the request details.

Click the Accept booking button.

(Optional) write a welcome message to the Guest.

Your booking is now confirmed.
Accepting a Booking Request from SMS
When a Guest makes a Booking request, you'll receive an SMS.

Click the link contained in the SMS and your mobile browser will open.

Log in to your Your.Rentals account if you are not already logged in.

The Calendar will open with the New Booking Request details open.

Review the request details.
