Advance Payouts

Advance Payouts allow you to get paid earlier than the standard payout schedule. This can be useful for improving your cash flow or covering urgent expenses. In this article, we explain how to request an advance payout, the eligibility criteria, and other details that you may need.

How to Request an Advance Payout

  1. Log into your account
  2. Access the Booking section or go to Settings, then Transactions
  3. The banner for Advance Payout will appear  
  4. You can enable or request access to the feature by clicking on the banner

Eligibility Criteria

To be approved for an advance payouts, you need to meet the following conditions:

  • 5 completed bookings: You must have completed at least 5 bookings with us in the last 6 months to be included in the potential list to apply for Advance Payouts
  • Cancellation rate below 30%: You must have a cancellation rate below 30% 
  • Disputed rate under 15%: To be included in the potential list, your guest complaint rate should not exceed 15%
  • No policy violations: You have never violated any Your.Rentals policies

What Happens if Your Request is Declined?

If your request for an advanced payout is denied, the reason for the denial will be included in our email to you. You can apply for this feature again once you have become eligible. Frequently asked questions

  1. Is there a fee for the Advanced Payout feature?
    Yes, accessing Advance Payout adds a small fee to your existing Your.Rentals fee. The fee will be shown during the request process. If you want to learn more about this information, please contact us at support@your.rentals

  2. How early do I get my money with Advance Payout?

    Advance Payout will be according to the booking cancellation policy. You can receive a payout for your booking 2 days after it becomes non-refundable. 

    In specific cases where guests are required to make two payments (such as Super Flexible, Flexible, Moderate, and Strict), you will receive 50% of your payout two days after the booking is confirmed. The remaining 50% will be paid two days after the booking becomes non-refundable.

    Example

    A booking is made on a Monday with Free7, 8 days before check-in date. According to the rules of expectation, pay out the booking will be 2 days after booking becomes non-refundable by Thursday.

  3. What happens if I only want to apply this feature to some of my listings, not all of them?
    Advance Payout is applied to all your listings by default. Contact support@your.rentals and we can assist you to apply it for specific listings only.

  4. How do I disable Advance Payout?
  • Log into your account
  • Go to Settings, then Account 
  • Go to Rate and currency settings
  • You will find Advance Payout with the fee applied
  • Click Opt-out
  • Confirm your decision by clicking one more time on the Opt-out button in the pop-up

    Opting out will remove the additional Advance Payout fee from all future bookings. Existing bookings with Advance Payout will remain unaffected.
