How do I decline a Booking Request from a guest?
When a Guest books a Request Booking listing, you have 24 hours to Accept or Decline the Booking request. You can Decline the Booking request on your mobile phone, tablet or desktop computer.
Important note about Declining Booking requests
Please note that declining booking requests impacts negatively on your account quality score. If you are finding that you have requests for dates that are already booked, you should use Calendar Sync to ensure that bookings in your other calendars are automatically added to the Your.Rentals Calendar.
Declining a Booking Request from email
When a Guest makes a Booking request, you'll receive an email.

Click the Accept or Decline Request button in the New booking request email.

Log in to your Your.Rentals account if you are not already logged in.

The Calendar will open with the New Booking Request details open.

Review the request details.

Click the Decline booking button.

Choose the reason for declining the request and write a message to the Guest explaining why you've declined their booking.

Click the Decline booking button.

Your booking is now declined.
Declining a Booking Request from SMS
When a Guest makes a Booking request, you'll receive an SMS.

Click the link contained in the SMS and your mobile browser will open.

Log in to your Your.Rentals account if you are not already logged in.

The Calendar will open with the New Booking Request details open.

Review the request details.

Click the Decline booking button.

Choose the reason for declining the request and write a message to the Guest explaining why you've declined their booking.
